Day 01 (Sunday) : Delhi - Agra

The train starts the journey from Delhi station. Brunch is served onboard. The train travels towards Agra. Reach Agra by late afternoon. Excursion to Agra Fort for sightseeing and exploration. Overnight stay and dinner onboard. Train halts at Agra.

1415: Arrive into Agra

1430: Proceed to visit the Taj Mahal

1830: Return to the comforts of Maharajas’ Express. You can choose optional activities –Spa at a Hotel or Mohabbat the Taj Show

1900: Dinner onboard

 

Day 02 (Monday) : Agra - Ranthambore

Early morning visit to Taj Mahal and breakfast at any iconic hotel. Return to the train for lunch as the train moves towards SawaiMadhopur. Evening safari at Ranthambore National Park is the highlight of the day. Reach train by night for dinner and overnight stay. Train moves towards Jaipur.

0700: Proceed to visit the Agra Fort or you may choose optional activity to visit Itmad ud Daula

0900: Return to the comforts of Maharajas’ Express

0915: Breakfast onboard

1045: Maharajas’ Express proceeds to Ranthambore

1300: Lunch onboard

1515: Proceed for an exciting Game Drive at Ranthambore National Park

1815: Return to the comfort of Maharajas’ Express

1845: Maharajas’ Express proceeds to Jaipur

2000: Dinner onboard

2030: Maharajas’ Express arrives at Jaipur

 

Day 03 (Tuesday) : Jaipur

Train reaches Jaipur by early morning. After breakfast, take up an excursion to Amber Fort. Early lunch onboard and after a brief rest, city tour continues. Dinner is served at any prestigious hotel in Jaipur. Overnight stay onboard as you proceed towards Delhi.

 

Day Highlights

0700: Breakfast onboard

0800: Proceed to visit the Amber Fort following which you may choose Optional Activities - Spa at a hotel or a visit to City Palace and Observatory (Jantar Mantar) or Private Shopping Tour

1200: Return to the comforts of Maharajas’ Express

1330: Lunch onboard

1700: Proceed for Dinner at Rambagh Palace

2100: Return to the comforts of Maharajas’ Express

2230: Maharajas' Express proceeds to Delhi

 

Day 04 (Wednesday) : Delhi

Train reaches Delhi in the morning. After breakfast, the checkout formalities start.

0800: Breakfast onboard

1000: Disembark and bid farewell to the Maharajas' Express as your journey comes to an end.
