Day 01: Arrive Yangon

Traditionally welcome at Yangon airport and assisted transfer to the hotel. Reminig time is to relax. Stay overnight at Yangon.

Late afternoon, we will visit the Chaukhtatgyi - the colossal reclining Buddha; the Shwedagon Pagoda – an inspiring golden stupa and view the sunset from there. Stay overnight at Yangon.

 

Day 02: Yangon - Heho (By Flight)

Enjoy city tour of Yangon start with a visit to city center and Sule Pagoda, the landmark of downtown Yangon, followed by Kandawgyi Lake for photographing the panoramic view of the lake overlooking the Shwedagon Pagoda.

Later assisted transfer to the airport for the flight to Heho. Arrive and assisted transfer to the hotel. Stay overnight at Inle Lake.

 

Day 03: Inle City Tour

Today visit Inle Lake and visit the regional market, l visit Phaungdawoo Pagoda, Ngaphechaung monastery, the unique leg-rowing style and fishing method of the Inthar, floating gardens used as vegetable plantations, silk and cotton weaving cottages and black smith. Stay overnight at Inle Lake.

 

Day 04: Indien / Heho – Mendalay (By Flight)

Morning explore the southern part of the Lake by boat sailing through day twisting and turning creeks to reach Indein village. Later assisted transfer to the airport for taking the flight to Mandalay. Arrive Mandalay and assisted transfer to the hotel. Stay overnight at Mandalay.

 

Day 05: Mingun / Mendalay City Tour

Transfer to Mingun by Gawwein jetty, the boat ride is always pleasant as one can learn the ways of local life along the river and visit Pathodawgyi, Mingun bell, and Myatheindan pagoda, represents for Buddhist cosmology. Later return to Mandalay

Afternoon enjoy visit of Shwenandaw monastery, Kuthodaw Pagoda, and Mandalay Hill, Sty overnight at Mandalay.

 

Day 06: Segaing Hill – Monywa – POE Win Taung

Morning visit Sagaing, a former capital of Shan Kingdom and Myanmar Kingdom. After crossing the Inwa bridge visit the Sagaing hill by trucks, Soonooponyashin Pagoda, Uminthonese Pagoda, Silver Smith and Kaunghmudaw Pagoda.

Later drive to Monywa. Arrive Monywa and check in at the hotel. Later proceed to visit Win Hill Caves – an interesting area with the caves containing ancient sculptures, mural paintings dating from 17th and 18th centuries. Return to Monywa. Stay overnight at Monywa.

 

Day 07: Monywa – Pakkoku – Bagan (By Boat Ride)

Morning leave for Monywa, enroute visit Thanbod Pagoda and drive to Pakkoku, the big town of Ahnyar, to see Ahnyar people - their land and climate, culture and product. Arrive Pakkoku and take a boat sailing down to Bagan for two hours. On arrival, assisted transfer to hotel and check-in. Stay overnight at Bagan.

 

Day 08: Bagan City Tour

Today sightseeing of Bagan and visit Nyaung Oo market and Shwezigon Pagoda. Also visit Gubyaukgyi Temple situated in Wetkyiinn village.

Afternoon visit a lacquer ware factory followed by a visit to local village. Before the sundown, we would take a boat ride along the Ayeyarwaddy River to view the sunset and relax. Stay overnight at Bagan.

 

Day 09: Bagan – Yangon (By Flight)

After breakfast enjoy sightseeing and visit to Dhamayangyi Temple, Sulamani Temple, Bagan Temple, Gubyaukgyi Temple at Myinkaba village, Manuha Temple, Ngagayon Temple and Enjoy the sunset visit from the top of one of the temples.

Later assisted transfer for the flight to Yangon. Arrive Yangon in the evening and transfer to the hotel. Stay overnight at Yangon.

 

Day 10: Yangon Depart

After leisurely breakfast at the hotel transfer to the airport for the international flight for your onward destination.
