DAY 01: BAGDOGRA / NEW JALPAIGURI – GANGTOK

Welcome on arrival at Bagdogra Airport / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station and transfer to Gangtok (134kms/4.5hrs appx), At an altitude of 5500ft Gangtok is the capital of the state of Sikkim is a beautiful and clean town promising of the best monasteries and landscapes. Evening is free for individual activity and leisure. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 02: EXCURSION TRIP TO TSOMGO LAKE & BABA MANDIR

In the morning start for a half day trip to Tsomgo Lake (12400ft), which is only 32kms from Gangtok City, the Lake is almost about 1Km long, oval in shape and 15 mtrs deep. The Lake is considered sacred by the local people. 18km further ahead visit the New Baba Harvajan Singh Mandir. Evening is free at Gangtok individual activity and leisure. Over night at Gangtok.

DAY 03: GANGTOK TO DARJEELING + DARJEELING LOCAL HALF DAY SIGHTSEEING – BEST POINTS

Post breakfast, check out from your hotel & transfer to Darjeeling. It is the place of Dorje, the mystic thunderbolt of the Lama-Religion was the origin of the name Darjeeling, which was first discovered by a British Captain Lloyd in the year 1829. It will cater you a mix-experience of lively nature & charming Himalayan people. Surrounded by Tea gardens, this little town faces some of the Himalayas highest peaks.

After check into the hotel followed by local best points sightseeing covering Padmaja N. Zoological Garden (Closed on Thursday), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tibetan Refugee Self-help Center (Closed on Sunday), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tea Estate & Japanese Peace Pagoda. By walk visit the mall road and local market (Closed on Thursday) in the evening. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 04: DARJEELING – PHUENTSHOLING

In the morning transfer from Darjeeling to Phuentsholing. It is a thriving commercial centre on the northern edge of the Indian Plains. On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.

DAY 05: PHUENTSHOLING TO THIMPU
(Distance: 176 Kms. / Driving Time: 6 hrs. / Altitude of Thimphu: 2248 mtrs)

After breakfast complete the immigration formalities and transfer to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. On arrival check in at the hotel. In the evening visit the view of Tashichho Dzong (Fortress of the Glorious Religion). Overnight stay at Thimphu.

DAY 06: THIMPU LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast visit Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue), National Memorial Chorten (Monument) and Folk Heritage Museum. Afternoon visit Changangkha Lhakhang, Taking Preserve Centre, the national animal of Bhutan can be seen here. Evening free for your personal activity. Overnight stay at Thimphu.

DAY 07: THIMPU TO PHUENTSHOLING
After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Phuentsholing. On arrival check in at your hotel. Afternoon free for your personal activity. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.

DAY 08: PHUENTSHOLING – NJP Train Station / IXB Airport
(Distance: 170 Kms. / Driving Time: 5 hrs. / Altitude of NJP/IXB: 89 mtrs.)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to NJP Train Station / IXB Airport for departure.
