Booking of Tours:

For Individual Clients (from 01 to 09 Pax):

  • As soon as you are ready to proceed with the reservations, we require 30% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to make the booking.

  • After receiving the advance we start to make all the necessary reservations and arrangements for your trip and keep you updated on time.

  • Once the arrangements are done, a reservation status will be sent to you and you required paying another 30% of the tour cost at this point. 

  • Balance 40% of the tour price can be paid by you upon your arrival in India by cash before the commencement of the services. 

  • Alternatively you could pay by bank transfer a week before your arrival. Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. So the final price will be subjected to fluctuations if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.

For Group Tours (From 10 pax to more):

  • As soon as you are ready to proceed with the reservations, we require 30% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to make the booking.

  • After receiving the advance we start to make all the necessary reservations and arrangements for your trip and keep you updated on time.

  • Once the arrangements are done, a reservation status will be sent to you and you required paying another 30% of the tour cost at this point. 

  • Balance 40% of the tour price to paid prior 30 days of arrival in India. 

  • Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. So the final price will be subjected to fluctuations if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.

 

***During peak season of Christmas and New Year (20 Dec to 10 Jan), the complete payment is required to be sent in advance.
 

Amendment on Booked Tour: 

  • We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour as per the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.

Cancellation Note:

  • We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your India Trip, however we do realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by TCI.

Applying cancellation charges for India & Nepal tour For Individual Clients (01 to 09 Pax):

  • If cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival- 100% of the 'Tour cost" shall be refunded.

  • If cancellation is between 89 days to 60 days prior to arrival - 30% of the "Tour Cost" shall be changed.

  • If cancellation is between 59 days to 35 days prior to arrival - 50% of the "Tour Cost" shall be charged

  • If cancellation is between 34 days to 21 days prior to arrival - 75% of the "Tour Cost" shall be charged

  • If cancellation is within 20 days prior to arrival - No Refund

 

Applying cancellation charges for Bhutan, Sri Lanka & Myanmar tour For Individual Clients (01 to 09 Pax):

  • If cancellation is 75 days prior to arrival- 100% of the 'Tour cost" shall be refunded.

  • If cancellation is between 75 days to 45 days prior to arrival - 30% of the "Tour Cost" shall be changed.

  • If cancellation is between 45 days to 35 days prior to arrival - 50% of the "Tour Cost" shall be charged

  • If cancellation is between 35 days to 21 days prior to arrival - 75% of the "Tour Cost" shall be charged

  • If cancellation is within 20 days prior to arrival - No Refund

 

Applying cancellation charges for India & Nepal tour For Group Tours (From 10 pax to more):

  • If cancellation is 75 days prior to arrival- 100% of the 'Tour cost" shall be refunded.

  • If cancellation is between 75 days to 45 days prior to arrival - 35% of the "Tour Cost" shall be changed.

  • If cancellation is between 45 days to 35 days prior to arrival - 45% of the "Tour Cost" shall be charged

  • If cancellation is between 35 days to 21 days prior to arrival - 75% of the "Tour Cost" shall be charged

  • If cancellation is within 20 days prior to arrival - No Refund

For Luxury Trains:

***For Special Luxury Train Journeys, 40% of the fare is to be paid at the time of booking. Balance is to be 70 days prior a week to departure date or commencement of the services.

Cancellation of Luxury Train Journeys:

  • If cancellation is 75 days or more prior to departure: 15% of the total ticket price shall be the cancellation charge.  

  • If cancellation is 74 to 30 days prior to departure: 30% of the total ticket price shall be the cancellation charge. 

  • If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to departure: No refund. 100% of the total ticket price shall be the cancellation charge.

Air / Train Ticket: The air/train tickets will be issued after receiving the full payment of the price.

Cancellation of Flight Tickets:

  • Flight Tickets booked are nonrefundable. Name change and date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline.
